How We Work
We practice the knowledge of our highly experienced team in multiple domains to create a very robust internal system.
Planning is our strong suite, and we control and monitor project with aid of MS Project to finest details. More than 1000 activities are captured in our plan even before we start the project.
We use a workflow management software in line with our QMS ensuring complex project are executed without gaps.
